Atmosphere
The Spa - Amplify Salon & Spa is a tranquil, meditative place. In order to preserve this environment, we ask that you respect the privacy of our other guests and their wish to experience self-renewal. Please turn off all cell phones before you enter the building. Children 13 or older are welcome in the Spa if they have an appointment for services.
The Salon - Children of any age are welcome in the Salon if they have an appointment for services and are accompanied by an adult.
Methods of Payment
We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover, check and cash. Payment is due upon services rendered.
Cancellation &
For all Spa Packages, we may ask for a credit card or gift certificate number to hold your reservation. We require at least 24-hour notice (72 hours for groups of 2 or more) to cancel or reschedule any appointment.
In order to preserve everyone's schedule, all Spa services begin and end at the appointed time. We ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to prepare for your service.
General
All product sales are final. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Please notify our Front Desk Coordinator when booking your treatments if you have any allergies, physical disabilities, are pregnant, diabetic, or have any other health concerns.
To help you get the most from your experience, be sure to communicate your challenges, concerns, special needs, or questions to your Spa Therapist so that they can assure your experience with us is a positive one. Please leave all valuables at home. We regret we cannot be responsible for loss or damage of personal articles. When applicable, you will be provided with a robe and slippers to wear between Spa treatments. Have a relaxing experience!
Shaving is recommended but not necessary for men prior to a facial. If you choose to shave prior to your facial, please do so at least 2 hours before your appointment. Please do not shave prior to body treatments or hair removal services.
