General Relaxation Massage
This is a full body Swedish style massage. It will help you feel rejuvenated by relieving sore, tired, and achy muscles. Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved circulation, and greater flexibility. Light to moderate pressure is used during a general relaxation massage. As with all massages, communication with your therapist is important concerning pressure.

Pregnancy Massage
This form of bodywork will help ease your physical discomforts that may accompany pregnancy with our pre-natal massage. Your body will be supported in the side-lying position. Your full body nurturing massage session will be focused on your lower back, shoulders, neck and calves. Restore balance and help your muscles adjust back to your pre-pregnancy body with our post-natal massage. Decrease soreness and promote healing as well as lessening the physical and structural stress of carrying and caring for a newborn child. Both treatments provide relaxation as well as relief from stress, tension, mental and physical fatigue.
